Klima South Crete Stone house for renovation Overlooks Messara valley and the sea

The old stone house is on 2 levels and is south facing with a large terrace that has views over the countryside and towards the sea. There are 2 entrances. The top level on the main road has a living room, small kitchen and one bedroom.. The lower level has internal stairs and can also be reached from a side alleyway. This level has 2 large rooms and another small room which is built into the rock. The house is in a solid condition but will need renovation ,including a new bathroom. The village of Klima is a traditional Cretan village situated 4kms from the beach of Kokkinos Pirgos and the market town of Timbaki.
