A unique villa traditionally built

The villa is a traditional stone-built cottage initially built in 1922 and reconstructed in 2016. It is located in the heart of Listaros village and is a three-level house of approximately 90 sq. m. Each one of the first and third levels has one autonomous bedroom with a semi- double and a double bed respectively. The second level comprises a living room and a fully- equipped kitchen. The living room has a wonderful fireplace and a sofa. Furthermore, there are air-conditioning units and during the winter, the fireplace is energy efficient and connected to the radiators. In addition, the cottage has 2 bathrooms equipped with big stone-built shower units. Concerning the external spaces, the villa has one large yard in front of the main entrance and a balcony in the third level with a wonderful view to the South Cretan Sea and themountains of Psiloritis and Asterousia.
