Sivas south Crete Village stone house with garden for renovation

The old traditional stone house is on 2 levels and consists of 3 buildings joined into one structure. The house is in a good solid state but will need renovation. The house has all its original features such as wood beam ceilings. The main building has 2 rooms on the ground floor and 2 rooms on the 1st floor opening onto two terraces. From one of the terraces is access to another room. In the front of the building is one room on the ground level which is joined to the main structure. Also connected to the main structure on the ground floor is a room with a large open fireplace, this was the original kitchen. The location is only 2 minutes walk from the main square of Sivas which is a popular site with a number of traditional Tavernas and coffee shops.
