Prasonisi Agios Pavlos south Crete Sea view plot

The plot is situated above the new coast road and has uninterrupted sea views, taking in the gulf and Paximadia island. In front of the plot within walking distance is a small islet which is popular with divers and for fishing. Access is by a good quality unsealed road. There is water on the boundary but no electricity yet in this location. New houses in this area use photovoltaic panels.
